So sadly my first coach ever Kaizzad Capadia from K11 Fitness Academy actually passed away due to Covid. This video has been recorded months ago however and I was only just able to edit it.

This man had the CRAZIEST philosophies wrt EVERYTHING. Training, Nutrition AND Drugs. He had pretty much Bostin Lloyd's level of dosages in his stacks. His "Beginner" Cycles had 1000mgs of Test E as a base as just one example.

He was one of those form perfectionist coaches when YOU did the lift, but when he did the lift FORM didn't exist.
